If we had a dollar for each time mankind caused irreversible damage, we’d be a hundred times richer than Elon Musk. However, one thing humanity had done right was domesticating wild cats ten thousand years ago—or they domesticated us. We’re still unclear about that.

Since then, they’ve been staying rent-free in our homes, shoving their fluffy faces in our food and invading our Zoom calls. We’re basically their slaves. Nothing will ever give you serotonin like a fluffy cat sitting in your lap. An AI artist going by the name “AI Dreams” is determined to give us an instant high with their feline versions of our favorite fictional characters.

Read on to see what your favorite TV, movie, and comic book characters look like in an alternate kitty universe.

Sandor Clegane

If irony had a face, this would probably be it. Sandor Clegane from George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire was renowned as “the hound” due to his aggressive and unrelenting fighting prowess and his loyalty to the House of Lannister.

He was often derogatorily called a “dog” by the other characters. To see him as a cat is hilarious to any GOT fan. This lil’ kitten has Clegane’s armor and brooding expression. We are just thankful that the AI missed the burn mark. We don’t want to see that on a cat.

Green Lantern

In brightest day, in blackest night, no evil shall escape his sight! You better believe that nothing will pass by this fierce kitten. This lil kitten is more lethal than the original DC Green Lantern. With excellent low-light vision, he can follow the baddies into their lair with ease.

This cat does not need the lantern; the lantern needs this cat. A single “meow” from him will bring a mighty force like Parallax to their knees. In fact, we think that this little baby cat is a better Green Lantern than Ryan Reynolds.

Sam Tarly

Pardon us, for we are about to fiercely fat-shame this cat. It’s okay, though, because it’s not fat-shaming when it’s a cat. It’s a compliment! With that being said, this cat is THICCCC. What is even the point of standing in front of the door, buddy?

We all know you can’t fit through that door. Are you waiting for us to shove you through it? We won’t do it. We will just take you home and throw out all the pillows we have because nothing will ever compare to your fluffiness.

Uncle Fester

Uncle is a favorite of everyone who watched the original Addams Family and the rather recent Netflix retelling Wednesday (2022). It is hard not to like him. Even Wednesday herself adores her uncle despite her normally gloomy disposition. Uncle Fester assisted her in solving several criminal cases.

Therefore, it’s understandable why this sweet baby is wearing this black hat like those 18th-century detectives. AI isn’t flawless, though. Uncle Fester should’ve been a hairless cat. However, we love the fact they added the dark under eyes from the cannon Uncle Fester.

The Night King

The Night King is arguably the most fearsome entity in George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire. Do not be deceived by the HBO adaptation. The final season of GOT was a disgrace, and it did not do justice to the terrifying force that is the Night King.

It is a long-running joke in the fandom that if Tywin Lannister lived long enough to know about the army of the undead, he would have probably attempted to marry his daughter off to him. Had Cersei seen this adorable version of him, she would have probably agreed wholeheartedly.

Gomez Addams

The Addams Family had been a household name among boomers and millennials alike for decades. With the 2022 remake, Gen Z can’t seem to get enough of it, either. You can’t scroll through TikTok for five minutes without coming across a Wednesday edit with Lady Gaga’s “Bloody Mary” playing.

The new series made several changes to the original character designs, such as Gomez. The remake portrays the Addams patriarch as a short POC man, rather than a lanky white male. And we’re here for it. We’re uncertain about this AI version, since it looks more like a pug than anything else.

Spider-Man

We don’t know how to explain it, but this cat somehow looks exactly like Tom Holland. It’s uncanny how similar they are despite being of two different species. Maybe it’s the doe eyes and the shape of the mouth that remind us of him.

Spider-Man as a cat would be even more efficient. He might not even require the spider web since cats are already natural jumpers. Perhaps, he would not even need to hunt down criminals. All he’d need to do is meow gently, and the criminals would surrender.

Frodo Baggins

Frodo Baggins’ face is the first image that comes to mind when someone mentions J. R. R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings. After all, he is the protagonist. He is the one who went through the quest of the mighty One Ring.

Once again, we can’t help but see an eerie similarity between this kitty version and the actor who portrays the character. Or maybe, Elija Wood looks a lot like a cat. Nevertheless, AI technology accurately generated a feline Baggins for sure.

Gollum

While we are still on the topic of J. R. R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, we have to talk about Gollum. He might be even more recognizable than the protagonist, Frodo Baggins. And it’s understandable why. He’s so striking; no other character looks like him.

Gollum has a bizarre appearance, to say the least. Due to possessing the mighty One Ring for such a long time, he lived an unnaturally long life. As a repercussion, his features were deformed and given this bizarre hairless state. It’s quite fitting that a Sphynx cat was portrayed as Gollum.

Wednesday Addams

No one has ever or will ever know how to rock the color black like the famous Addams family. You remember those edgy Tumblr posts from 2013 that said something like “the color of my soul is black”? The Addams are the only ones who could say that without making anyone cringe.

Before the 2022 Netflix adaptation, fans may have forgotten names like Uncle Fester, but Wednesday has always stood out as a fan favorite. The AI nailed Wednesday as a cat. They even got her deadpan stare and bangs. We only wish they added the braids as well.

Hulk

As somebody who survived several cat attacks in our lifetime, we can vouch that you should avoid angering a cat. Trust us; we bear many war scars from those instances. However, we might be tempted to move to another continent if they actually made a Hulk kitty.

Hulk’s anger issues plus a cat’s mighty claws are never a good combination. A punch from a regular Hulk can knock us out, but the feline version will shred us to pieces. Therefore, as adorable as this hybrid is, we should never meet one outside the confines of an AI rendering.

Hermione Granger

May be lord have mercy on our souls for they are about to ascend to the heavens after seeing this beautiful photo. Look at those lovely doe eyes. If that’s not a mighty Gryffindor lion, we do not know what is. It’s daring us to give it a smooch.

Hermione Granger as a cat makes a lot of sense. Aside from being curious and courageous like a cat, she’s a certified cat person! We only wish our cats had her sense of discipline and not throw utensils from the counter.

Batman

Did Batman and Catwoman finally tie the knot without us knowing? How else could you explain this perfect hybrid? It seems like Gotham City has nothing to worry about anymore. This mighty Bat kitty will fight against all evil—that also includes rats.

This makes a lot of sense because bats are basically blind cats that can fly. We only hope that Catman is not a loner like Batman. If not, they might not let us pet his sweet face, and it will be devastating for us.

Wanda Maximoff

The Scarlet Witch requires no introduction. Wanda Maximoff is arguably the most popular addition to the new generation of Marvel Superheroes. Her solo series was a huge hit, and Wanda currently has the most potential in the MCU. She is powerful enough to alter universes—the multiverse, if you will.

It is safe to say that you should not mess with this little kitty. This lady fought the mighty Thanos and lived to tell the traumatized tale. In the future, she will surely face more powerful foes. However, we cannot resist wanting to give this sweet cat a boop in the nose.

Drogon, Rhaegal, And Viserion

We have said it before, and we’ll say it again: if you want to watch the best visual of Dragons in TV history, go check out HBO’s Game of Thrones and House of the Dragons. Their dragon CGI game is unparalleled. No other TV program has been able to surpass it.

The way they look and sound is utterly majestic. It’s hard to believe that these creatures are merely fictional. Denaerys’s three dragons can only be touched by her, which makes us wonder if we can pet the cat versions of them without dying.

Pugsley Addams

In case you couldn’t tell, AI Dreams adores Wednesday (2022). They are determined to make edits of every single Addams family member, and we are here for it! This one might be our favorite since it looks the most accurate.

Even if the artist never explicitly mentioned it, we would’ve immediately known it was Pugsley. The youngest Addams family member is canonically on the chubbier side, and he almost wears his iconic black-and-white striped shirt. This Pugsley kitty is so perfect that we want to cuddle him to sleep.

The Mountain

We hate to say it, but The Mountain, AKA Gregor Clegane, has no redeeming quality. It was hard saying it while looking at the face of this fluffy cat. However, the truth shall always be told. OG fans of GOT hate his guts, and it’s for a good reason.

He is a homicidal maniac whose only reason for existing is causing pain and havoc. If you read the book or saw the show, you know how vile this man is. However, we cannot blame this mighty cat for cosplaying him, as it is quite accurate.

Superman

Call us Lois Lane because we need this super cat’s assistance. We are damsels in distress who fell for this sweet fluffy at first sight and the only one who can rescue us in this super cat. It’s almost as if cupid shot a laser beam through our hearts.

Even those who have somehow never seen a DC movie/show know who Superman is. It’s kind of hard to miss him with his striking blue and red costume, striking logo, and flowing cape. It is ironic that this adorable cat has somehow become our kryptonite.

Jamie Lannister

Jamie Lannister from A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones is known for many things. He is dashingly handsome and very good at exchanging verbal quips. Jaime is also one of the greatest swordsmen that walked the face of the Earth.

One thing we never associate with Jaime Lannister is, is “cuteness.” However, after seeing this AI cat edit of him, we have decided to change our minds. Catto Jaime retains his blond hair and golden armor of the honorable King’s Guard. He even has his Valyrian steel sword with him.

Tommen Baratheon

Oh, Tommen, how we missed you. The universe of George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire was brutal, to say the least. Almost everyone was scheming and fighting for something. However, Tommen was one of those innocent characters who suffered the brunt of other’s sins.

Spoiler alert: he died very young. He had a lot of potential as king, but sadly, it never reached its peak. The AI edit of him captured his innocence. The golden crown almost feels ill-fitting. The good thing is, if this cat jumped off the red keep, it’d probably survive—unlike Tommen.

Tyrion Lannister

We will never forgive the producers of Game of Thrones for ruining Tyrion Lannister. He was our favorite character; it was hard not to like him. Tyrion was well aware of his surroundings and his own capabilities and disabilities. It was so entertaining watching him play the game.

Sadly, in the last seasons, he was reduced to a drunken fool who made one miscalculation after another, which led to a colossal disaster. It’s hard watching your idols fall so harshly. This cute AI edit of him provides us with some solace… for the time being.

Legolas

Aemond Targaryen and Daemon Targaryen may be the new blonde male icons of the current era, but OG nerds will forever remember Orlando Bloom’s Legolas from the early 2000s. He was beautiful and mighty. It was understandable why women all over the world went gaga over him.

It seems Orlando Bloom has some competition because little cat cosplay of him had outshone him completely. Look at that precious face and those gorgeous green eyes. Those are begging for some cuddles, and we are aching to deliver. We hope this cat is cast for the next Lord of The Rings movie.

Yoda

Even those who know nothing about the Star Wars franchise know who Yoda is. It is kind of hard to miss this wise and legendary Jedi master. We all remember when baby Yoda was first revealed in The Mandalorian (2019). The internet broke, and everyone was cooing over it.

We’re going to risk our reputation with a controversial opinion. This cat Yoda might actually be cuter than Grogu. We only wish the ears were a bit bigger to replicate the cannon Yoda, and the paws are a bit inaccurate since Yoda has only three fingers.

Thing

We all know and love Thing. They are the loyal “handservant” of the Addams family. We did not know a severed hand could be this adorable, yet here we are. In the recent Wednesday (2022), he assisted Wednesday in various ways and helped her eavesdrop on her enemies.

However, we do not know how to feel about this edit. It is somehow more off-putting to add a face to the hand. It doesn’t help that this cat looks like it has come back from the underworld. Sometimes art should have a limit. This is one of those instances.

Arya Stark

We hold Arya Stark very close to our hearts. We were very young when we first started watching Game of Thrones (it was a mistake. Do not watch it unless you are above 20 and/or have a strong heart). GOT had a lot of adult themes and manipulative characters.

Arya was the young one among all the grown-ups, and we became attached to her. We feared many times that she would die. However, she proved herself and survived. We are so happy to see Arya in her assassin glory as a cat. We are happy to see she is still carrying Needle.

Samwise Gamgee

Samwise Gamgee is all of us. He is shy and socially awkward. However, one place where he never shies away from is protecting his friend. He played a vital role by supporting the protagonist, Frodo Baggins. The movies would not be as fun if he wasn’t there.

Since he is a hobbit, he is deeply connected with nature. Therefore, the green cape on this little cat suits him well. We are glad that the AI captured his ginger/blond hair on the cat. It looks more and more like Samwise Gamgee the more you look at it.

Joker

We always wondered what Harley Quinn saw in the Joker. He is literally a homicidal clown who abuses her relentlessly. Why would anyone leave their respectable job as a therapist to cause havoc with a criminal? Or, rather, how did Arkham let anyone get so close to the maniac?

However, after seeing this cat, it’s all starting to make sense to us. We do not understand how he looks this cute while having such a murderous look in his eyes. If they asked to kill us, we would not even ask a single question.

Sansa Stark

When GOT and ASOIAF started, we all hated Sansa Stark. There was no nice way of saying it: she was just plain annoying. Her determination to become Joffrey’s queen sabotaged her family in the worst way possible. However, as the series progressed, we started loving her.

Sansa is the most realistic depiction of innocence and experience. Not everyone is born a genius schemer. Sometimes you have to take hit after hit, like Sansa, to become a seasoned warrior. Aside from her grueling journey, Sansa is known for her bright red hair. Just like this cat, it contrasts perfectly with snow.

Doctor Strange

Doctor Strange is the new face of the MCU. His contribution in Avengers: Endgame won them the war against Thanos, even though it came with a tragic sacrifice. Benedict Cumberbatch was terrific in his role, just like always, and we have nothing to complain about.

However, it seems this cat plays Doctor Strange strangely better than Cumberbatch. He certainly looks better in his costume than Cumberbatch (no offense). If the title of Sorcerer Supreme was between Wong and this kitty, we know who would win.

Morticia Addams

If you look up the word “elegance” in the dictionary, chances are Morticia Addams’ photo will show up. Black has always been a classy color, but when it comes to Morticia, it feels as if she is an uplifting color, not the other way around.

It’s only fitting that her cat version will be equally alluring in black. Kitty Morticia Addams seems to have the smoothest “meow” in the country. If black brings misfortune in your life, then we are happy to be unhappy forever (also, please do not believe any superstition related to black cats).

Gandalf

Ian McKellen is a master of playing wise characters, and his performance as Gandalf in The Lord of the Rings is no different. The Brit is unforgettable; he looks like he has all the answers to the universe. We might finally know which came first, the chicken or the egg.

Spoiler: the egg came first. Anywho, Gandalf is known for his long, silky, straight white hair and beard. We did not know a cat could look so fine in a white beard, yet here we are. We do not know whether this cat will adopt us or we will adopt it.

Merry And Pippin

The Lord of the Rings has been a cult classic for decades for a reason. It is a masterpiece of literature that little to no one has been able to surpass. However, sometimes the intensity and the bloodiness of the series can be grueling for the reader.

Therefore the comic relief provided by the jolly cousins Merry And Pippin is a breath of fresh air to the reader and/or watcher. Just look at these two critters. They will surely be the life of the party. Their cat version only makes things cuter.

John Snow

A Song of Ice and Fire is a crash course in scheming and manipulation. Even the most innocent characters have to let go of their morals at some point to play game of thrones. If not, they will most likely die.

John Snow, however, is one of those characters that are so good that it got to the point of stupidity. Funnily enough, he actually died and got revived, yet he still held on to his morals. This feline version of him accurately captured his brave and unrelenting spirit.

Flash 43

If cats (as a species) were to embody any superhero, it’d definitely be the Flash. You may think it is Catwoman, but that’s because you have never experienced a cat having zoomies. With the superpower of the Flash, their zoomies will probably flip our home upside down.

With that being said, this kitten looks very dashing in red (get it? Dashing? Sorry for the pun). It is almost as if they flashed by us and stole our hearts in the process. We already know what our cat will wear next Halloween.

Queen Cersei I Lannister

She is undoubtedly one of the most crucial characters in A Song of Ice and Fire. It’s likely nothing would have happened had it not been for her actions. Like her or hate her; it doesn’t change how fun she is to watch.

Queen Cersei I Lannister is also someone we never imagined to be cute. She is very beautiful, yes. However, she is also very vindictive and malicious. Until today, we never knew she could be cute. Maybe that’s just because she is a fluffy cat.

Captain America

Captain America is the personification of bravery and righteousness. His comics were one of the best-selling publications of Marvel Comics. Watching him on the big screen was an absolute pleasure to watch. It’s all thanks to Chris Evans, who brought Steve Rogers to life.

Captain America somehow became even more attractive after becoming a cat. Is this what happens when they are injected with super soldier serum? Either way, the fluffy belly must be squished, and we volunteer wholeheartedly. This little critter might even take up the mantle of CA since Rogers is gone.

Melissandre

If you couldn’t already tell, AI Dreams is a big fan of fantasy classics like A Song of Ice and Fire and The Lord of the Rings. And you cannot discuss ASOIAF without bringing up Melissandre. She may be a minor character compared to the others, but her actions had drastic consequences.

She is also one of the most hated characters in the show. It’s understandable why. She burned many innocent people alive to appease her god. However, her cat version is unironically equally as bewitching. We’ll happily walk into a fire pit for her.

Rocket Raccoon

We didn’t see the difference between this and Rocket Raccoon until someone directly pointed it out to us. Only then did we realize that this version was a cute cat, not a scruffy raccoon. We don’t know if mistaking him for a cat is offensive to Rocket or not.

Knowing him, it probably is. Either way, the AI was very sneaky for this round. This is why we prefer works of human artists and not computer-generated intelligence. AI might be fast and efficient. However, they cannot replicate the invaluable human touch.

Daario Naharis

Daario Naharis is the dictionary definition of charming. We were not too surprised when Daenerys Targaryen started a relationship with him. Only an idiot would ignore Daario Naharis when he is basically offering you his hand (perhaps that kind of makes Daenerys an idiot).

He may have been a suave man, but he was not just all talk. He was an expert swordsman who could kill an enemy in a blink of an eye. He was also a rational thinker. Overall, he was a competent warrior who was worthy of admiration.

Iron Man

He is a genius, billionaire, playboy, and philanthropist. He is also a mighty fine cat. We do not think that Iron Man requires any introduction. This man was a joy to watch, and we cannot thank Robert Downey Jr. enough for existing and making this character come alive.

He may be a bit on the cocky side. However, if we were a mega genius who could manufacture our own war suit, we would also be bragging 24/7. This cat especially deserves all the praise and recognition. Not everyone can look so good in an iron suit.

King Joffrey I Baratheon

King Joffrey I Baratheon is hated as much as his brother Tommen is loved. We write books and sonnets about how despicable this creature is, and it would still not be enough. We are not too surprised he died young. He had it coming.

Jack Gleeson, who played Joffrey, was impeccable in his performance. He was so good at his job that he had to leave the acting industry due to everyone hating his character so much. However, we are having a hard time hating him after seeing this adorable cat version of him.

Lord Voldemort

Oh yes, Lord Voldemort—the vain man who is obsessed with immortality. Spoiler alert: he did not manage to become immortal. However, he is spectacular material for memes and bullying. He is possibly the most recognizable antagonist of this era due to his hairless and noseless visage.

Speaking of noses, this cat has one. Therefore, we refuse to acknowledge him as the Dark Lord. Yes, he might be a hairless, pale mole rat. However, putting just a sphynx cat on a screen will not make him Voldemort. The nose has to disappear for that.

Groot

He is Groot and he is the cutest thing you will ever meet. We did not know it was capable for us to love and mourn a tree that could repeat a singular sentence. Yet here we are, still crying for the loss of our dear friend Groot.

Thankfully this modern AI has blessed our eyes with this cat version and made our day. This little cat looks like a wood spirit who will provide you with guidance if you ever get lost in the forest. We hope they can help us with our botany exams.

Varys

George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire is a thrilling saga that depicts factions fighting for the mighty Iron Throne ruthlessly. There is no lack of characters that are manipulative and calculating. However, there is no doubt that Lord Varys is by far our favorite.

Varys is an eunuch who rose from lowest position to becoming a trusted advisor of the monarch. His aim is to find a good king who will look after the less fortunate people of the country. How can you not love this guy? Especially when he looks so adorable as a cat.

Thor

This little cat will undoubtedly give Chris Hemsworth a run for his money. Sure, he has a chiseled package of eight packs. His voice is so deep and baritone that it could cause an earthquake. However, we bet he does not have the adorable charm of this little cat.

Is it ironic that we felt like we were struck by lightning when we saw him? This sweet kitten looks like it has no time for nonsense. They will knock some sense into you with their hammer. Maybe they can give Marvel a good bonk in the head for not casting him in the first place.
