The star is very active in the real estate sector. In 2020, in fact, she also purchased a luxury mansion in Hollywood Hills for $ 13.7 million.

Pop music star Ariana Grande buys another luxury home. The villa is located in Montecito California and was owned by Elle Degeneres. The villa has an area of ​​over 500 square meters. It cost $ 6.75 million, and it is a perfect reproduction of the traditional English Tudor style.

However, Degeneres and his wife Portia deRossi will not leave the exclusive Montecito neighborhood. Indeed, there they own another extra-luxury Balinese-style villa worth $ 27 million. The villa just purchased by Ariana Grande consists of two sections which were originally two large barns built in the eighteenth century in English Surrey. The two sides were dismantled and then rebuilt in California. Between the two sections there is a greenhouse with an orange grove, plants and fruit trees. The complex is surrounded by a lush garden with paved terraces.

The internal surface of over 500 square meters includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, a large living room with fireplace. Of particular charm is the sumptuous octagonal library, with a wooden mezzanine and an exposed brick fireplace.
